Apologies for not blogging for the past one week...

Been very very Busy.

This May really bummed me out...

Seriously lacking of sleep these days.

And I have loads to upload,

which includes my CMAJ PACT Day Pixtures! :))

Now will first blog abt this very very Splendid Fine Dining place I went to last week!.

For Mr Ah Win's Birthday Celebration. =))

Ah Win's Birthday Dinner: 18th May 2010

*Dine Around Dinner Adventure*

Starts!

.At The Sentosa Hotel.

Very First Entree at The Pavillion:
Exotic Pigeon meat in popiah above! =p
.

.Paired with Champagne.
.
And this Ah Win ordered the Wine pairing set,
so every course we had,
We had a glass of Wine.
.
LOL!
.
And for every course,
we dined in different places!
.
Totally Different Gastronomic dining experience! :)

Nes & my best Buddy,
the Birthday Boy: Ah Win! :))

Proceeding to the next destination for our two other Entrees,
.The GARDEN. :)
.
And we were chaffeured out of Sentosa Hotel,
to this Restaurant situated at,
"I don't know where"
*heehee*
.

But it's a very Beautiful little Cottage-like Restaurant,
with a Pool beside it. :)

His Minced Salmon!
*which is sooo yummy*
.

Mine was another kind of raw fish,
but can't really taste alot of it.
.

Look what the wine pairing is doing to me?

Result: Tomato face alrdy,
but we are only at the First Course! =d
.

And we Both agreed that this Scallop Entree was the Best!
Savouring it at the very last Spoonful!

After finishing our Wine at The Garden,
we sat the Buggy back to Sentosa's Famous Restaurant,
THE CLIFF!

The Buggy ride was really fun!
*smiles*
.

PResenting to you,
One of the Finest Rack of Lamb I've ever tasted!

I swore I am definitely going back there again for it!
*The Meat was Absolutely Tender,
with no Lambish smell*

Red wine. Perrier. Dessert Wine.

The DESSERT
.
Well,
The dessert was alright,
I would order something else on the menu.
.
But I would like to compliment them for preparing this Birthday cake on such short notice,
I only informed them that is it possible to have a cake,
cos my friend's Birthday is today.
.
And they really prepared it,
and served it when we reached THE CLIFF.
.
